Mutton Roast Masala Recipe
Ingredients
Mutton 500g
Ghee 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Water 2 cup
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Whole Red Chili 5g
Whole Cumin 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Whole Black Pepper 1tsp
Fennel 1 tsp
Ginger (cube cutting) 5g
Garlic 5g
Green Coriander garnishing
Cooking Method
1- In a cooking pan, add ghee, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and sauté it.
2- Now, add salt, mutton and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3- After that, add water and steam for 35-40 minutes or until tender.
4- In a grinder, add yogurt, whole red chili, whole cumin, lemon juice, black pepper, fennel, ginger, garlic and grind it. Roast masala is ready.
5- After steam, add roast masala and cook for 8-10 minutes or until masala remain half.
6- Use green coriander for garnishing.
Your tasty Mutton Roast Masala now ready to serve.
Cooking time: one hour
Serve: 2 persons
