Hi friends, welcome back to another What I Ate Wednesday where I share what I eat in a day to help me not only lose weight but also maintain weight loss. I do not follow any specific "diet" but I do watch my calories and try to eat (mostly) healthy throughout the week with the occasional peanut butter cup or two! Who am I kidding...I have 3 every day! It's all about balance and moderation!
