Ingredients(સામગ્રી) :

250 gram dates (ખજૂર)

250 ml milk (દૂધ)

1 t/spoon ghee (ઘી)

1/4 cup fresh milk malai (દૂધ મલાઈ)

50 gram sugar (ખાંડ)

pinch of cardamom powder (એલચી પાવડર)

1/2 t/spoon dry ginger powder (સૂંઠ પાવડર)

few dry fruits (ડ્રાયફ્રૂટ્સ)
