Today I am going to share the recipe of Chapati Noodles. You can make it with the freshly made or leftover chapatti.

Here is the list of all ingredients and method of preparing:
Ingredients:
Chapati - 5-6 (cut into long strips)
Onions - 2 (medium) (sliced)
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Carrots - 2 (cut into long & thin strips)
Cauliflower - 1/2 cup (cut in thin slices)
Bell Pepper (green) - 1 (small) (Cut in long strips)
Bell Pepper (Red) - 1 (small) (Cut in long strips)
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 2 cloves (finely chopped)
Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Grounded Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Method:
1. Cut chapatis into long strips like noodles.
2. Heat oil into the pan and then add chopped garlic into it. When it roasts then add sliced onions into it and stir fry it.
3. When it translucent then add green peas, carrots, bell peppers - green and red, cauliflower into it and stir fry all the veggies.
4. Then add vinegar, schezwan sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce into it and mix it well. After that add chapati noodles strips into it and mix it.
5. Then add grounded black pepper, garam masala and salt to taste into it and mix it well. Yummy Chapati Noodles is ready. Serve it hot.
