Punjabi Mutton Curry Masala Recipe

Ingredients for punjabi Mutton Curry Masala

500 gm Mutton

1 cup Mutton Stock

3 tbsp Ghee

1/2 Onion

1/2 tsp Whole Cumin

3 Green Chilies

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Salt (As needed)

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tbsp Red Chili Crushed

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1/2 tsp Black Pepper Crushed

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tbsp Paprika Powder

3 tbsp Yogurt

5 Tomatoes

1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds

Ingredients for Punjabi Curry Masala:

1 tsp Whole Cumin

1 tsp Whole black pepper

4 Small cardamoms

4 black cardamoms

1 tbsp Hot Spices

4 pieces cinnamon

1 piece Cassia

Instructions for punjabi curry Masala

1. cut thetomatoes & onion

1. Add Curry Masala ingredients into pan and cook for a while. Then make fine powder of it

2. Curry Masala is ready to use

Instructions for punjabi Mutton Curry Masala

1-Take cooking oil in cooking pot then add onions, whole cumin, green chili and slightly fry all of them,

2-Now put ginger garlic paste, mutton, salt, lemon juice, fine powdered punjabi curry masala,

crushed red chili, cummin powder, crushed black pepper, turmeric and paprika powder in it

and cook for 3-4 minutes.

4-Now put yougurt, tomato (already cutted), mutton gravy, in all this mixture and steam them for 35 to 40 minutes and keep checking it.

5-Add fenugreek seeds,& garnish. Your delicious Punjabi Mutton Curry Masala is ready.

cooking time: 1 hour
