Nutritionists and Dietitians advice to have soups for dinner around 7pm-8pm. This Vegetable soup is healthy and helps in weight loss.
Recipe -
Take your desired Vegetables - and chop them up.
Now in a Heavy bottle vessel add
Half teaspoon of Ghee .
Add onions and ginger garlic paste .
Sauté.
Add 1 cup Oats and sauté.
Add vegetables- sauté
1 Maggi cube .
Add 2 glasses of water .
And allow it to cook on high flame .
When it starts boiling, let it Simmer for 15mins .
Add salt and pepper according to take.
Your healthy weightloss Soup is ready.
