Until now, you have been having Muesli for breakfast in a bowl, but what if you can carry your favourite Muesli to work in form of energy bites !! Yes, Very easy, simple to make and extremely healthy. They are sugar free, oil free and require minimal cooking. With all your ingredients ready they are done in less than 10 minutes.
Ingredients to Make Muesli ladoo/Energy Bars:-
2 Cups Muesli 1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
2 tsp Flax Seeds 1 tsp Chia Seeds
6-8 Walnuts 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 tsp Sesame seeds 1/2 cup (10-12) Dried apricots
1/2 tsp Nutmeg 1 tsp ground Cinnamon

Protein ladoo :- Apple ladoo :- bars :- butter:- to Make Muesli ladoo/Energy Bites:-
Dry Roast muesli on low heat until it starts to change colour, keep aside to cool
Dry Roast all the seeds & Walnuts. Start with flax seeds, add Chia seeds when flax seeds starts to puff, add pumpkin, walnut & sesame seeds one by one.
Grind Muesli to make a rough powder, one cool grind the roasted seeds & Walnuts mixture
In a large bowl add powder of roasted Muesli, seeds & walnuts mixture, grated dry coconut add 1/2 tsp nutmeg & 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
Mix all the dry ingredients
Now soak dried apricots for few min in lukewarm water, remove the water & grind it to make a thick paste.
Add the paste to the dry ingredients, & mix very well,this may take some time.
Once it is mixed wel, use hands to make small ladoos from it
For garnish roll them in Sesame seeds.
You can have these ladoo for breakfast, or pack them in your kids lunch box
They are also prefect for office snacks
If stored in fridge in an air tight container you can have them over one week.
